Last Christmas my family rented a house on a working farm, right outside the door was a field of Highland Cows, including a wee calf.  Absolutely adorable!  It was one of the coldest winters ever here so we’d fill up their water trough regularly as it was freezing almost instantaneously.  Made a great excuse to hang out with the gorgeous Highlan’ Coo ;)
